The scheduler runs every 15 minutes in the background. Instagram posts require an image to be generated first — the scheduler will use the same image URL when it publishes.
Content Scheduler is available on Premium, Pro, and Agency plans. Free and Starter users can still generate content and post manually using Post Now.
