Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require any payment. No refunds are applicable.

2. Paid Plans (Starter & Premium)

  • Monthly billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. The current month's charge is non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • No partial refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

We may issue a full refund at our discretion in the following cases:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our platform.
  • You request a refund within 48 hours of the first charge and have not used the paid features.

To request a refund under these exceptions, email support@PrizoAI.com with your account email and reason.

4. Downgrade

You may downgrade from Premium to Starter or from Starter to Free at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the difference.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute, contact us at support@PrizoAI.com before initiating a chargeback. We respond within 2 business days.
